KRISIS Reporters

Formed on the Greek island of Lesbos during the refugee crisis, KRISIS Reporters came into being with 4 core members. Since then it has expanded to include photographers world-wide, who are not on staff with an agency or magazine, and who need a Press Card, as a form of identification, in-order to do their work on the streets; in the conflicts and chaos of our times. 

Each KRISIS Reporter takes an oath: Please follow the law of the land. Be kind to humans and animals. Do not trespass onto private property.  Be a force for positive change; help save the planet. "Whoever saves one life saves the world entire.”

We no longer issue ID cards.

We encourage photo communities around the world to create their own Krisis communities with ID cards, and tag us @krisis_reporters.
